RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Return

As each planter is uniquely crafted to your specifications for shape, size, color, and texture, we typically do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you believe you've received a defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@mobiusconcrete.com so we can resolve the issue.

Return Period

You must report a manufacturing defect within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

To initiate the return process, contact our support desk at hello@mobiusconcrete.com. We will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to include in your return shipment.

Refunds

We will process your refund promptly upon receiving and inspecting the returned item at our facility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective or damaged items or incorrect items being sent.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you are unlikely to receive a damaged or incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 72 hours by calling (760) 875-2723 or by email at hello@mobiusconcrete.com. We will arrange for the return of the item and either refund your purchase price or send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in cases of defective or damaged items. If you prefer to exchange a faulty or damaged item rather than receive a refund, please contact us at hello@mobiusconcrete.com.

Non-Returnable Items

All custom-built planters are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect, a damaged item, or an incorrect item is received.
