Welcome to Möbius Concrete. We strive to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition quickly and conveniently. This
shipping policy explains our delivery process, rates, and what you can expect when you place an order with us.
SHIPPING METHODS
Our small planters can be individually packed via Parcel services like USPS, UPS, or FedEx, whereas larger sizes are shipped through LTL (Less than Truckload) services. Shipping rates and services will be custom quoted for each order in the Möbius shopping cart at checkout.
PROCESSING TIME
Once your order is confirmed, we will ship your planter within six weeks.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
Currently, we only ship within the 48 contiguous United States, Canada, and Mexico.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates for our planters depend on the size and weight of the product and the shipping destination. Rates for different types of delivery services are custom quoted at the time of checkout. As rates vary greatly, we do not offer "free shipping"; we believe this provides better customer value.
DELIVERY PROCESS
We offer several delivery services, including Basic, Basic by Appointment, Standard, Premium, and Customer Pickup. Depending on the service selected, your order may be delivered to your door or a room of your choice or picked up at a regional service center. Liftgate services will be automatically quoted for residential deliveries where a forklift is unavailable.
PREMIUM DELIVERY OPTIONS
- Basic - Delivery to ground level (front or back door) or to the garage, without an appointment (no signature required).
- Basic by Appointment - Delivery to the ground level (front or back door) or to the garage with an appointment.
- Standard - Delivery to the first ground-level room in the home or business with an appointment.
- Premium - Delivery requires a two-person team and/or placement in a room of choice with an appointment (with the option to remove packaging).
- Customer Pickup - Pick up your order at a regional service center.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
SHIPPING DELAYS AND DAMAGE
In the rare event of shipping delays, we will promptly update you with revised shipping information. If your merchandise is damaged upon delivery, please document it with photos and send them to us immediately at hello@mobiusconcrete.com. Please do not accept a shipment that has been visibly damaged. Installation Constitutes Acceptance.
